Respecting Model Privacy
Many of our educational resources feature real models who have generously agreed to participate in the development of Qi beauty education.
By accessing the Academy, you agree to:
- Respect the privacy and dignity of every model featured within the Academy.
- Never download, screen record, photograph or redistribute images or videos featuring models unless prior written permission has been granted by Qi beauty International.
- Never publish Academy footage or screenshots on social media, websites, marketing materials or third-party platforms unless prior written permission has been granted.
- Never use model images or videos for personal, educational or commercial purposes outside the Qi beauty Academy unless expressly authorised in writing.
The privacy of our models is fundamental to maintaining a respectful learning environment.
Confidentiality of Qi beauty Methodology
The Qi beauty methodology has been developed through many years of clinical practice, research, refinement and practitioner experience.
Academy materials are provided exclusively to enrolled practitioners for the purpose of personal education and clinical application.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Face Maps
- Treatment protocols
- Educational videos
- Clinical methodology
- Graphics
- Written manuals
- Treatment sequencing
- Training presentations
- Assessment materials
- Clinical resources
These materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Qi beauty International and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, translated, adapted, published, licensed or incorporated into any other educational program or commercial offering without the prior written permission of Qi beauty International.
Artificial Intelligence & Digital Content
To protect the integrity of the Qi beauty methodology, Academy content may not be uploaded to, processed by, or used to train artificial intelligence platforms, large language models, machine learning systems or automated content generation tools without the prior written permission of Qi beauty International.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Videos
- Manuals
- Face Maps
- Clinical protocols
- Photography
- Graphics
- Lesson transcripts
- Audio recordings
- Downloadable resources
- Assessments
- Educational documents
Academy content may not be used to generate derivative works, summaries, rewritten educational materials, translations, training resources, automated client resources or competing educational content through artificial intelligence systems unless expressly authorised in writing.
Personal Use Licence
Your Academy enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course materials.
Access may not be:
- Shared with colleagues.
- Shared with employees who are not individually enrolled.
- Shared with other clinics or businesses.
- Uploaded to cloud storage or file-sharing services.
- Used to train staff outside the Qi beauty Academy.
- Reproduced for internal or external education.
unless prior written permission has been granted by Qi beauty International.
Each practitioner should maintain their own Academy enrolment to ensure the integrity of certification and education.
Recording & Distribution
To protect the integrity of our education and the privacy of participants, you agree not to:
- Record Academy lessons.
- Screen record demonstrations.
- Download videos using third-party software.
- Photograph Academy lessons.
- Copy or reproduce Academy resources.
- Redistribute Academy material in any format.
unless prior written permission has been granted by Qi beauty International.
Unauthorised recording, reproduction or distribution may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of Academy access.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All Academy content, including but not limited to:
- Videos
- Photography
- Graphics
- Face Maps
- Manuals
- Lesson notes
- Written content
- Logos
- Clinical resources
- Treatment methodologies
- Educational concepts
- Downloads
- Assessments
- Demonstrations
remains the exclusive intellectual property of Qi beauty International and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
No part of the Academy may be copied, reproduced, stored, transmitted, adapted, translated, publicly displayed, commercially exploited or distributed in any form without the prior written permission of Qi beauty International.
Agreement
By enrolling in, accessing or viewing any Qi beauty Academy content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with this Professional Standards, Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement.
You further acknowledge that all Academy materials are confidential and are provided solely for your personal professional development. You agree not to reproduce, disclose, distribute or otherwise use any Academy content beyond the scope of your enrolment unless prior written permission has been granted by Qi beauty International.
Qi beauty International reserves the right to suspend or terminate Academy access without refund where these terms are breached.
